I have been using Cy’s Linen service for my practice for years now and we have never had any issues at all. Great service and the towels and sheets are pristine! The icing on the cake is our delivery guy. Steve is the best!!! He comes in our office each week and brings a smile to our face. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. When he is on vacation and someone else shows up, its just not the same. Steve is truly a gem and one of a kind! If I can give 100 stars for Steve, I would. We no longer use this vendor for our hotel property since April 2023. We were unhappy with the quality of their services but had a credit of $470.67. Alicia of their office stated that they do not give refund checks. I have attempted to reach Alicia since May 2023 with no response. When I call, I ask to speak to the owner and they say he will email me back. This was on 6/6/23. I emailed again 8/8/23 and still nothing. I have not heard back from them, and they still owe us the credit. I do not recommend them at all. – via google

This company refuses to acknowledge that they are sending rancid smelling sheets to our massage studio each week. Most of our deliveries are more than half unusable due to a rancid smell in the sheets. When we try to discuss the issue with our account manager Ramon, he claims no other locations have reported the same problem. We surely cannot be the only ones. Before entering into contract with this company, ask yourself if this is the kind of service you want for your business. The problem has been going on for as long as we have been using them and they are unwilling to get to the bottom of the issue and correct it. – via google

Cys Linen employs some very accomplished truck horn blowers, etc, especially while deliveries on Sundays (and every other day) at 24/7/365 havana sickharry$ in not so beautiful after all Coral Gable$.
They obviously enjoy harassing residents, etc, just like havana sickharry$ employees, friends, customers, and a plethora of service and product suppliers at this residential nuisance.
Keep up the outstanding routine and don’t forget to check YouTube for new videos. – via google

Das Personal an sich ist nett aber die hotel Leitung eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten ein Erdbeben und es war nachts weder ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort noch würde das am nächsten morgen ernst genommen. Bei dem Erdbeben kamen 3 Menschen ums Leben und die hotel Leitung meinte wo das Problem sei bei dem bisschen gewackel. Im Internet wäre doch schnell einzusehen gewesen, dass keine Tsunami Gefahr besteht. Internet muss man aber bei dem Hotel dazu kaufen. Preis Leistung ist nicht ganz gerechtfertigt. Nach der Erfahrung würde ich nicht mehr hingehen weil ich mich nicht sicher oder wohl fühlen würde. Zum tauchen schönes Hausriff. – via google
