Rented a jetski for an hour, everyone was super nice and helpful in and check in was a breeze! It’s great that they add an extra 30mins to your time so you can get in and out of the harbor. Would 100% rent from them again! – via

My family decided last minute to head to Newport Beach to enjoy our Sunday – we then walked by Balboa Water Sports and decided to rent a couple of bikes. The staff were very accommodating and provided top notch service to my entire family! I will keep this little gem in mind next time I’m the area. Bikes were in great shape too! – via

Let’s just say I’ve rented a lot of jet skis in other places and these guys seriously know what they are doing! From booking online (the confirmation email has great info on parking, make sure you read it!), checking in at the office, and then instructions down on the dock, everything was super easy and organized! Not to mention the jet skis seem brand new every time I’ve gone there! I’ll be back for sure! – via

Went in today and literally had the worst experience and how they treated me and my family. They talked down to us and belittled us and treated us as we didn’t know anything. The male emoyee became very aggressive with me because I touched the clipboard to read it as he was speaking and he pulled it out of my hands and told to “pay attention to him and if I don’t like it I can leave you don’t need to be here.”
Then another lady came up and told me “hurry and make your decision because people are waiting for the rentals”
literally no one else in the store at the time renting anything or purchasing.

Because of the horrible customer service I decided to take my family and leave. They would have made good money on all our rentals today. Who ever owns this place I would hire someone to train the people who work here to treat people better because they are literally just cost you a solid $1,000.00 I would be furious if someone cost me that kind of money. But imagine how many people a day they talk like that too.

I will never recommend this place and or would even give 1 star I would have given them -10 if I could – via

First time sea doo experience with my wife and it was truly amazing! We loved it so much that we will definitely have to experience it a few more times. Staff here was super friendly and helpful. I recommend coming to Balboa Water Sports if you want to have some fun in the sun and in the ocean. Just dont go too far out. – via

If I could give more stars I would. Our experience at Jetpack America Newport Beach was excellent and a lot of fun from beginning to end! We brought the entire family and can’t wait to come back. The tandem flight was the highlight of the year for my niece and the perfect birthday gift, she had an amazing time. The customer service was great and the team was attentive and the experience was adventurous, safe, and hassle free. Highly recommend it!! – via
