I’ve booked scuba diving at a tour store inside the hotel zone. I ended up diving with Blue dive and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m a certified diver, they charged me $150US. When talking with other people on board I’ve figured out that they paid the same but as a non-certified diver… First thing! Then they put me in a group with 4 other divers that weren’t certified, this was my worst dive. The guide couldn’t manage them all and it was such a pity to watch. I’ve talked with some instructors there and then realized that they worked freelance for different dive shops so they don’t really care about the service as they might work for someone else the following day… I’m not even talking about the gear that was probably older than me. I don’t recommend this company for scuba diving, they don’t care about you. They gave me my gear, say go with this girl and that’s it. We can’t even try the gear before leaving by boat… No briefing before the dives… – via

Worst scuba diving experience ever.. they mentioned the scuba dive is for beginners and people who don’t know how to swim can also do this, I know to swim so I was okay during the pool training. My wife doesn’t know to swim, she was given quick training for 45 mins, and we were taken right in the middle of the ocean with high currents which I understand is not their control, but definetly not something for someone who doesn’t know to swim, the instructor told us everyone who comes here knows to swim, his name was Alfredo. After that, when we went for the actual dive, I went first, I reached the sea bed and then when my ears were hurting, I wanted to come up, because it was my first time, and the instructor said if you’re going up, we cannot come back down, he mentioned this before, but he never let us try again, my wife didn’t even get a chance to come down, she was just on the surface of the water and could not go down, with limited practice , and was horizontally descending down instead of vertical, I’m not sure, what happened because I was under water, but the instructor said she can’t do it, and he never even gave her a chance to descend down.and obviously because she didn’t know to how to swim, I was hoping the instructor would be patient and give us another try, but he had other certified divers who were already under water and went along with them. All this happened at the museum, first dive spot, the next dive spot at the reef the instructor told us , we cannot dive because we cannot do it, and simply made us sit on the boat while we were waiting for other certified divers to dive and come back for half an hour – via

Absolutely great experience with them Oliver and Staff where very nice my son completed his firstshipwreck and loved it and My 12 year old daughter had a great experience doing her padi diving course over here.Instructor Flo was great teacher and very lovley guy Maya was extremley pleased with her scuba diving experience if shes happy I am happy I ,really recommend.Everyone can communicate and is very kind to u had a great time with them. – via

Very Nice!
I did multiple dives on 3 days : night dive, deep dive (shipwreck), Reef and the cenotes.
Bryan and Charles were my instructors for the different dives and they were awesome. Very professional and thoughtful. They are always there to help you, they put no pressure and they want to make sure that you have the best experience.

Great experience, Victoria was an awesome teacher, made it simple and clear and we felt really safe. She took care of us all the time, always supervising us.
It was the first time for one of us, we did some practice in a pool before the dive and this was very useful because it allowed us to get a little bit used to the equipment and techniques.
We took two immersions: in the first one we saw the sculptures of MUSA which were amazing, very suggestive, and in the second one we spot a lot of magnificent sea life. All happened in a depth of 10m max, very suitable also for us beginners.
We strongly recommend it!
