Dayo Scuba has been around forever. I received my Open Water certification here this year and they do a great job at making sure you are safe when you begin diving on your own.

Also, I continue to go here for my rental gear. Always on point and reasonably priced.

Don’t wait to get certified! It’s everything I thought it would be and MORE!

I rarely write reviews for anything, but I feel very passionately about the experience I had at Dayo Scuba. My partner and I are officially SDI Open Water divers thanks to Dayo! We had an awesome weekend of learning, diving, and fun that couldn’t have been more exceptional. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and safety-conscious. We also had an underwater photographer taking photos during the dives, which came out awesome. Not to mention that we also bundled our OW class with an SDI Nitrox certification, so we are now certified for Nitrox as well. If you’re reading reviews trying to decide where to get your scuba certifications, look no further. Dayo has received numerous awards from SDI (they are proudly displayed in the shop) for their exceptional instructors, so you are in very good hands. And I would be remiss not to mention that the shop itself is extremely well stocked with any diving gear you may need, and the sales staff are very helpful. They also do Nitrox and Trimix tank fills, so even the seasoned technical diver should be able to get anything they need at Dayo. – via

I just had an amazing experience at Dayo Scuba Orlando while getting my SDI open water diving certification . Denise and Buzz where incredibly professional while taking care of every details in the diving safety . Besides, they look after every members of the group making sure that all fundamentals were very well understood . They do it with real passion and you can feel it. I had some difficulties during the training but they were there by my side to support and make sure that I was succeeding every step of the training. I could not feel more confident with these guys by my side. Costly-wise speaking you get much more than what you paid for. Definitely, DAYO is the right place to best learn diving in Orlando. – via Google

Best dive shop in Orlando. They do everything from teaching beginner classes all the way to advanced technical and cave classes. They have a great selection of technical gear too. If you have steel tanks and need to get a cave fill they will hook you up. They also fill trimix. – via Google

I took a SDI open water course with Dayo Scuba Center since the reviews were top notch, so I took a chance at them coming in from CA.

Denise, Buzz and Jim were our instructors, and their experience in the water and passion of diving shines, as they teach you the necessary skills to pass the SDI open water course. They made the experience 10x better than some other courses I’ve taken in the past by deliberately showing you specific techniques and ensuring your safety all while helping build your confidence underwater.

Not to mention, one of the things I was impressed by was how well Denise and the team takes care of the customers in the store, as it seems like you’re part of their family when you walk in through the front door.

As much as I’d want to make this my local dive shop, I live across the country, but will definitely swing by Dayo again when I’m in Florida! I highly recommend them for all your scuba related needs! – via
