I did a refresher with Gerardo and two 2-tank dives with Maggie. Both were great – good communication and attention to safety as well as showing us so much wildlife on the reefs! We saw a turtle, eagle ray, eels, barracuda, lobsters, pufferfish, a seahorse and more. They speak good English, and have friendly staff.

Update 2024: I had 4 great dives with Deep Blue. We saw turtles, stingrays, giant crabs, eagle rays, and even a nurse shark swimming around on the move. Gigi was a great dive master with excellent attention to detail and making sure we were safe. It’s great to have transport to/from the dive shop included! – via

My best friend and I had the best diving experience of our lives with Deep Blue! It was the first time for my best friend and I hand’t been diving for a while but the professionalism of the team, and of our dive master Julio, made it a very relaxed experience, one we were able to fully enjoy!! We saw so many fish and turtles, the water was so clear and Julio such a lovely human being!! I would highly recommend it and I hope to be back soon!!! – via

12-21-2023 buddy dive with a guy I met on the way to the shop. he had reservation and they were kind enough to make room for me. I got recertified 2 days earlier from Alux Divers, this was my 3rd port of call so I was still a little nervous, I hadent dove in 20 yrs.
The receptionist was so kind and helped me through everything. my 1st dive was @ Palancar Gardens. The boat ride was nice and only 5 of us, 2 professionals dove on their own and a young, my buddy and I with the dive Master she was German and very kind, she put up with a lot from me, I was the worst at buoyancy. my buddy has dove for most his life and the girl had about 12 dives under her belt and was really good.
2nd dive was Yucab Reef , it was so beautiful down there went through an open ended tiny cave looking reef. My DM was always keeping an eye on me and helping me get down to their level, lol.
did 60 ‘ both dives, both about 40 min in to out.

They do except tips and they deserve it, the boat Captain as well so bring some cash to be kind. – via

Wir waren 10 Tage tauchen mit deep blue. Alles war super organisiert, keine versteckten Kosten. Zwischen den Tauchgängen gab es etwas zu essen und zu trinken. Wir hatten spitzen Tauchguides und eine nette Crew. Alles war sehr relaxed und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Weiter so ?? – via

Deep Blue – They actually certified my boys in 2018. Now we have been back a couple time to dive with them. They always have the best instructors! This time was some serious drift diving at about four knots! But we still saw sharks, turtles, rays and more! – via
