Do not dive with this company ever! Everything was messy, disorganised…
Do not dive with this company ever! Everything was messy, disorganised and just a full chaos. We asked for two DIN adaptors and we commented that we were bringing a big underwater camera both the day that we booked and the day of the dive. They said that was fine. When arriving to the boat, we had no adapters and all the instructors and boat crew were extremely rude saying that we didn’t let them know earlier. They were trying to pick a fight about everything from the beginning. They forgot some other peoples equipment and did not bring it to the boat. We wanted to do a twilight dive and we had to wait because they left one of the divers without equipment. They did not instruct that everyone checks their equipment and do a buddy check and when everyone was already in the water we had to wait more than 10 min because one divers equipment was leaking. The instructors were petty and defensive all the time. We dived like in a race. Super fast, no chance to see anything. The instructor went up to the surface after 20 min without saying anything to us. After going up to the surface, because we thought they had a problem, the instructor came back and we continued the race. No safety stop, no proper diving and added to everything, back into the diving shop there was no water to clean out equipment. They didn’t clean or desinfect anything. They just left all the used stuff packed in the bags until the next day.
One of my worst experience in 20 years of diving.
