Had an awesome tour with a very patient guide (Eddy). He was happy to answer all our questions and reservations online was very simple.
First time rider and while it took a moment to get used to the jet ski, Eddy was encouraging and happy to take our time!

The phone number provided goes straight to voicemail and says inbox is full, the email address does not work (comes back as undelivered). There is no way to contact them and no customer service available. We payed for and booked reservations online.. no one showed up for our reservation. We got scammed. – via google

First time experience of Jet ski and hands down the best one.
First things first this place has the best jet skis(new and latest) and the best staff.
Alex killed it in making it an experience. I did it with my brother and he was a little scared which is pretty normal but Alex made sure he took care of my brother’s confidence and damn he enjoyed the most. He also is very very considerate, he delayed his tour for us as we were late and had a flight in evening. 100 recommended please be sure to go to the blue house and not get fooled by scammers claiming to be the best in Miami. – via google

I have to echo all of the other reviewers here who have said that Alex is the best instructor you could ask for. He mentioned to me that he is on duty almost every single day, so there is a good chance he will be your instructor if you book this outfitter.

The location is super convenient and the rates are very competitive with any other rentals you will find out there. As mentioned on their website, their equipment is the latest and most advanced, with both a throttle and brake on either handle.

Alex knows the best routes to take, the best photo spots, and will take your picture in multiple spots with amazing views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

Even though we were the only ones who booked our timeslot, Alex still showed great enthusiasm and provided amazing customer service throughout the whole process.

Our family had the most wonderful time today. It was beautiful and fun! The tour guide (Alex) was very professional (had proper paperwork and checked/scanned our licenses). Very good teacher and we had a lot of fun. He had the most perfect balance of being sure we were together, safe, and had a ton of fun. These jet skis are beautiful. Fast, sporty. He even stopped to take the time to take a photo and pick up a cow fish for us to check out. Watching him on his jet ski was incredible. Very talented and comfortable with the sea! We had a ton of fun and an amazing memory! We are thankful for what a great experience we had. It was the Christmas present we got. We will be back for sure!!
PS: we booked online and we messed up the date and yet he was so kind to work around that and accomodate us. Really great guy!

Booked online for a 1-hour jetski rental. Received an automated confirmation 24 hours before my booking. Showed up at the specified time and nobody was onsite to receive us. When our booking time came, still there was nobody to receive us. Phone number did not take messages since mailbox was full, and there were no immediate responses to my emails. About 1/2 an hour AFTER my booking timeslot, I received a notice that my booking had been cancelled due to the weather. While I agree that the weather forecast was for storms later that day, the lack of staff and lack of pre-communication of this cancellation caused me to waste significant time. At least the refund was issued promptly. I will never do business with this company again. If zero stars were an option, I would score it a zero – via google

We have heard to much about the place and excited to do jet-ski. So we booked it online and due to longweekend traffic was terrific so we tried to call them and wanted to let them know we will be only 10 minutes late but they couldn’t pick the call. When we reached their literally they didn’t allow us to do jetski and then they even didn’t want to adjust timing .. they didn’t have any other booking but they only did this because we were asian. They were resist and very discriminating to us. Do not go to this place at all. – via google
