We had an excellent time with Hector. He is very knowledgeable and a great dive master. We felt very comfortable diving with him. He specializes in groups of 3 or less. Very friendly and personable. We had a wonderful dive with Hector. The communication was easy and he picked us up in the morning to drive us to the marina. Dudo mucho que haya un centro en el que la SEGURIDAD y el HACER BIEN LAS COSAS sean tan importantes, siendo estos sus pilares de enseñanza. Muy exigentes desde el primer momento nos han demostrado que en el buceo no vale con aprender de cualquier forma y nos han inculcado que antes todo las cosas hay que hacerlas bien. Señalar el increÃble equipo con el que cuentan, desde Rafa, instructor el segundo dÃa y con el que aprendimos lecciones de por vida, a Pepe Masiá con quien hicimos la mayor parte de la instrucción, el número 1 y no lo digo yo, una trayectoria única le avala, tener la posibilidad y no instruirte con él es perder la mejor oportunidad, incuestionable. We had a great dive with Hector. Two of the divers were very new to diving. He took the time to talk with them and help them feel comfortable. He did a great job and would dive with him again. From beginning to end Hector exceeded expectations! He picked us up from our hotel and was early, he has a lot of gear that is well cared for, and works with good boats. Speaking of, my wife and I were the only divers on this particular trip. Plenty of snacks to choose from in between dives and a nice micro after the second dive. Hector knows the dive sites like his own home, we saw a lot of critters in their hidey holes thanks to him. Diving with Hector was awesome. His customer service was great and was far beyond what I have experienced with bigger dive operations. The personalized attention means no long rides in the van picking up other divers, personalized attention to ensure you get gear that fits well, and dives tailored to you and your experience level.
It had been 2.5 years since I’d been in the water and Hector was great about it, even going over a couple of refreshers at the beginning of our first dive.
