I highly recommend Arthur Balin, Sr. Cruise Consultant. He makes good efforts to know you, so he can be more helpful in selecting your cruise and all associated travel needs. We have been very satisfied with his recommendations. Based on our experiences, Arthur’s services have been far superior to what we ever received by booking directly with cruise lines and airlines, especially if you have any travel problems or questions. Recently after experiencing two days of flight cancellations due to weather, Arthur researched available flights and booked air reservations that got us home two days earlier than what the airline and cruise line said were the best possible. – via

Arthur Balin has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with our cruise choices . He has firsthand experience with the ports of call and had great advice for various shore excursions we wanted to try. I especially like how he contacted us before our cruises to wish us bon voyage and upon our return he again contacted us to hear how our trip was. Excellent service! – via

I had a wonderful 7 night cruise on the AMASONATA from Budapest to Nuremburg from the 25th of November to the 2nd of December. Here, however, I want to say a great big thank you to Tina Cliff, travel advisor with the Cruise Web. She was with me from the first inquiry to the booking, to the ironing out of “problems”, to selecting my tours, the whole sheebang. I wasn’t always easy, but, Tina never waivered and thanks to her, i will always remember my 75th birthday! – via

We booked a cruise to Hawaii and our contact was Max Pike-Ludwig. The cruise was spectacular and in no small part because of Max and the guidance he provided. His professionalism and attention to detail were exactly what my wife Julie and I were looking for. He was always available to our numerous follow up calls prior to our trip and not only responded quickly but went out of his way to insure we had the very best balcony stateroom and location on the Ruby Princess. Max will always be our go to contact for all our cruise plans and I could not give him a higher recommendation. He was outstanding in all regards. – via
