Amazing customer services great deals the owner is a really awesome guy very helpful and supportive of military excited to see this place get bigger in the future!…. Update- 3 years later I still use the gear from this dive shop very regularly and have used it all across the country from the Pacific to the Atlantic and a ton of fresh water in between and it’s all holding up AMAZINGLY! I’m glad I got to be the first 5 star review of this shop years ago! Thank you for helping me get into diving. Keep up the great work!! – via
DO NOT GO HERE. Very unprofessional and didn’t even finish my open water certification because it was not a good day to dive for 3 whole months. I saved up for this and was in good spirits that I will finally do this for myself. No certification and no refund. I read the previous reviews and I should’ve listened that once they get your payment they will start to ignore you. I have checked with them again and again and they replied after 2 weeks saying that there were no good days to dive and then nothing for weeks and weeks again. People pay for this service and they should communicate better with their clients. Just go some place else. This place is very unreliable and the worst business I have ever dealt with. – via
Has anyone been able to contact Jesse this week? I have tried using all forms of contact to get in touch with him, but havnt received any response.
He was on vacation and messaged me back when he had service. Storms came through and wiped out diving for the weekend dives were planned. Hope to get in soon. Will keep updated. – via
