This is an absolutely fantastic dive shop! Here, my daughter successfully completed her OW scuba diving course, became a certified diver, and my son became an AOW diver. Huge thanks to Diana, who was always prompt in responding to my inquiries and provided the best advice. Special appreciation for Lily, who demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and delivered outstanding service.

Above all, a heartfelt thank you to Orlando. Not only is he an excellent dive instructor, but he also proved to be an intuitive diving buddy underwater. His expertise and patience made the entire diving experience smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, it’s an outstanding team that has provided us with unforgettable diving experiences. We are highly satisfied with the service and the team at this dive shop and look forward to our next adventure! – via

Such a wonderful experience with Nina and Captain Mike. We got to see seals,.pelicans and of course Humpback whales, up close and personal!! Magnificent mammals that travel from the cold waters of Alaska to the warm waters of Mexico. We had the pleasure of watching a whale wave at us with that large fin. Thank you Scubacaribe for such precious.memories – via

Purchased two excursions from this company June 2021 in Cabo at Riu Palace. The wave runner rolled over while I was sitting next to the owner asking for the time left on the water. My kill switch cord naturally came off. After less then a minute the owner next to us righted it in the water, we climbed on. He told me to start it without the kill switch cord and then claimed I damaged it. Had three men surround me on the beach and threatened a minimum charge of $300 up to $13k! Kept my drivers license and credit card for over half an hour. Claimed I didn’t follow the rules, damaged the motor with water flooding and took it out of commission for the day and it was going to be very expensive to fix. Finally an American couples husband came to my rescue. Who witnessed the whole event. So fair warning I traveled there with my young daughter and they tried to take advantage of me as an easy target.

Later that afternoon took the glass boat tour. The water excursion was fabulous. The staff very pleasant and knowledgeable.

However, the driver to and from this tour was supposed to give us one hour afterwards for either shopping or going to eat. He refused to tell us a time and meeting place. We basically had to go with him, to shop and eat at the place he chose only! Of our group one man stayed. The rest of the group asked to be taken back to our resorts.

Paid full price to be harassed and mislead. – via
