My 3 year old daughter has been attending stone sports for a little over 2 months now and there are both good and bad aspects of this facility that I have experienced. My main concern is that boys over the age of 5 are being allowed into the women’s locker room. More than once I have gone in the women’s space and there are other girls including my own daughter that are actively changing and standing naked and I have several times had to stop boys from walking in. Sometimes they are with their mothers but other times the mothers are not even waiting in the bathroom with their boys. There is a unisex bathroom available in the lobby area for parents to utilize, but it’s not being used. I have spoken with staff on 3 different occasions in which they notified me they notified the owners and management and nothing has been done to fix the issue. There have been no notices posted or emailed to parents to address the issue and it has continuously been ignored. On another occasion there was a man in the women’s restroom with his son and he stated that he thought it was a neutral changing space. The showers are co ed but there is no place to hang a towel and the floors are constantly flooded so you can’t put items anywhere within close reach. There are multiple classes happening at once but there is a coach on one end of the pool who yells over everyone in the facility so you hear him over everything in the room. My daughter has complained to me about how loud he is several times. My daughter is also never with the same instructor consistently so she’s all over the place with what skills she is practicing. It’s unfortunate I pre paid for classes until March, but once that time comes I will be taking my daughter elsewhere. Hopefully one day the owners will not only read this review and actually care, but they will consider doing a remodel to create one big universal space for simplicity. – via

Stone Sports is awesome! I have 2 children in swim lessons here and the instruction has been amazing. Kind and patient instuctors, clean facility, and a knowledgeable staff. When we first joined your facility, it was an incredible place, and our children learned so much through your programs.

Over the years, however, we have observed a decline in the overall upkeep of the facility and the quality of education provided. It has been disappointing to witness this change, especially given the fantastic start we had with Stone Sports. We understand that maintaining a facility and providing top-notch education can be challenging, but the deterioration was noticeable.

The moment that compelled us to make a difficult decision was when we approached your management to give notice that it would be our last month with Stone Sports. The reception we received during that encounter was quite disheartening. We felt like we were treated as though we were the problem, rather than valued customers expressing genuine concerns. This encounter left us with a heavy heart because Stone Sports was the place where our children learned to swim, and leaving was not a decision we took lightly.

We strongly believe that if Stone Sports didn’t prioritize the concerns and experiences of its members, it would inevitably affect other aspects, such as pool maintenance, water quality, showers, and the well-being of your own staff.

Despite our decision to part ways, we hope that Stone Sports can use this feedback constructively. We want to see Stone Sports return to its former glory and continue to positively impact the lives of many other families in the future. We leave with fond memories and a sense of hope for improvement.

Thank you for the good times we shared at Stone Sports, and we wish you success in your efforts to enhance the facility and the experiences of all your members. – via

Today when we went in I advised the lady at the front desk that we were told outside of the test class we were paying for 5 classes at a time. As of todays date my daughter would be on a new payment plan and my son would still have one class left. She began to roll her eyes while explaining that payments were monthly, I replied by saying now I feel like you’re giving me attitude. Instead of her apologizing she continued to roll her eyes and repeated herself once more. I gave her my card to go ahead and process the payment because my kids love it there. In the mist of her typing I asked her did she process the payment, she clearly ignored what I asked and asked for my billing information. I refuse to be somewhere with my children and take this type of disrespect, we will no longer bring our children here! – via

We LOVE Stone sports! My 3 year old was petrified of the water and after a few weeks he is trying to swim independently! My 5 year old is learning a bunch of new strokes and my 8 year old is on their “pre team” class which is basically swim team without the travel commitment. I also appreciate how kind the owner and all the employees are. I usually have 3-5 kids (including my infant) and they always make us feel welcomed and that they appreciate our business. I seriously cannot say enough good things about them ?? – via

These guys are the BEST!! I jumped for the first time with my daughter on her 21st birthday. December 26th. They answered the phone on Christmas and early morning on the 26th to give weather updates. Completely unorganized when we went. Too large of classes for only a 30 min teaching window. I signed up for 1 month and they continued to charge my credit card the next TWO months ( an addition $330) and I haven’t been there in over 2 months! When I called I was told they would “look into it” and I should receive a call back but haven’t heard anything, set a dispute with my credit card company but all in all poor customer service. – via

Cannot express enough how much appreciation to the wonderful coaches at this school. My daughter has attended this swimming school for only three months during the summer, not only she learn how to swim in different styles, she also enjoys the class and swimming a lot. She counts the day and would be super excited to go to the swimming lesson on her lesson day. She always ask me to bring her there more. The school is very clean, organized, and all the staff and coaches are very nice and professional. Thank you! – via
