I would not even give them a 1 star if I had a choice. Horrible customer service. Very hard to contact with someone directly other than email (if they reply). Bought a jump and picture/video package and they cancelled me multiple time due to weather and the last time they just cancelled me just because. They still had people jumping on the day they cancelled me. I live in wisconsin and they cancelled me all the way until winter started then close their location in Kenosha and refuse to refund me and won’t reply back to my email saying that they’re in Jacksonville now and that i had to use my jump before the season was over and still won’t give me my money back. WASTE OF MONEY. They need to be sued so they know not to take people’s money. Just because they have a ‘no refund policy’ they screw people over.

After a very long and extended time trying to resolve this they finally refunded my money back. I still would not recommend them. They never apologized or anything. Just said ‘check your account for a refund’ after my many emails of trying to get my money back. – via
